Baby sleep and infant massage

In this fourth workshop, perinatal Psychologist Dr. Carla Perez Martinez will talk about infant sleep needs and we will learn basic infant massage techniques that can help babies release stress and improve their sleeping habits. Infant massage is mostly recommended for 1-12 months old babies, but you can apply some of the techniques to your toddler as well. Please see the detailed agenda:

PS. Please, have a pen and paper with you, and if possible a baby doll to practice (if you are pregnant), and a blanket.

Vegetable oil is recommended: grapeseed, calendula, olive, almond, coconut... (you choose).

The session will last 50-60 minutes.
