We are opening this term with a session led by Estelle Chan from the Netherlands, who will lead us to make jam in her home.

"Ten years ago, when I lived in London, UK, I bought a handmade jam from a posh deli (Baker and Spice). It was less sweet and more liquid than the industrial ones typically bought in supermarkets, and it tasted delicious. I tried to recreate the recipe at home and nowadays this homemade, naturally vegan jam using 8 parts of fruit versus 2 parts of sugar is a favorite on our family breakfast table."
