Wayne is a Leader in his field based in Moe, Victoria Australia. He has 30 of experience in Emergency Services Leadership in the Mining and Energy industry, as well as a concurrent 16 years building a company delivering Audiometric Testing services to industry clients. He is passionate about new innovations as well as delivering an inclusive management style. He is currently taking a semi-career break in Cambridge while his wife is studying at HGSE. In his newly found free time, he has spent time in Cambridge sailing and cycling, taking in Boston sports and culture, as well as auditing classes and being involved with HSSPA at Harvard.
